Meet the Counselor

Mrs. Catherine Clinger

 Welcome back BOBCATS!!!

Hello Bobcats! My name is Catherine Clinger and this is my 11th year as your School Counselor @ Blossom Valley Elementary. 

I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology at the University of Southern California.  I then worked at Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital as a Behavior Health Counselor for about 11 years.  During that time, I returned to school and earned a Master of Science Degree in School Counseling, with a PPS Certificate.

I have been in The Cajon Valley District since 2009, supporting students with social/emotional development.  My goal is to have the counseling program support students with skills, knowledge, and attitude, to help them Thrive!
